Own the hell out of your voice.

You want to be a great teacher, one that blends innovation with tradition and inspires students to connect deeper with their practice. Flow School will help you do this.

You want to push boundaries, nurture your creativity, carve out an authentic style, and refine your craft with like-minded peers.

Learning in-person will give you this and hold you accountable to taking action.

Tap into your creativity .

Without burning out or feeling like an imposter, Flow School helps you tap into your own creative sequencing.

Instead of traditional yoga sequencing, you'll craft a Peak Flow based on movement science, breathing patterns, and your connection to practice. This emphasizes smooth transitions and breath-paced movement.

Using this method, you'll develop mini flows leading up to the Peak Sequence, accommodating diverse student abilities in a safe, scalable way. It ensures comprehensive body movement and specifically tailored warm-ups for the Peak Sequence.

You'll customize this approach for Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, and Slow Flow classes, adaptable to various ages and abilities. It offers clarity in sequencing, a personalized template, eliminating guesswork, and an innovative perspective beyond typical Vinyasa practices.

The joy of exploring new movements and refining familiar ones is enhanced by a teacher's ability to create choreography that supports and inspires students.

This is about claiming your creativity and understanding the “why” behind sequencing in a way that feels intuitive and educated.

Flow School gave me the permission I needed to move forward and have the confidence in myself.

IRL Flow School gave me permission to teach in a way that I thought I hadn’t been given permission to do before. And of course Bonnie, through her online presence, gives that permission but it didn’t hit me until I was in person with people. All of us wanting to learn and teach and move in a similar yet unique way. Doing that together with breath and bodies and sweat and being able to vibe off of one another and receive feedback - it gave me the permission I needed to move forward and have the confidence in myself to do it.

Working with Bonnie helped me feel a lot more seen, understood, and courageous.

Working with Bonnie helped me feel a lot more seen, understood, courageous enough to think outside the box and own my deeper creative impulses as a yoga teacher and general human. I love the way Bonnie gets down deep into the crevices of working and doesn't let up. She keeps you in those challenging spaces and says, "keep going...you got this."

I would do this course 1,000 times over!

I would do this course 1,000 times over! Not only was learning a new way to teach exactly what I needed, but the friendships that came from that week felt like going back to Teacher Training. As a veteran teacher, it can be hard to find opportunities like this. So thank you for creating that space ♥︎

Nobody has ever brought this aspect into any training or even any class I’ve taken.

The most surprising element of Flow School was how playful and fun teaching and practicing can be (surprise lol!). Nobody has ever brought that aspect into any training or even any class I’ve taken. It was very refreshing.

Finding a connection with myself is something I’ve been missing.

Working with Bonnie helped me feel a lot more free and fluid. Finding a connection with myself is something I’ve been missing.

I'm an experiential learner.

I'm an experiential learner. If I had to stare at a screen, I knew I wouldn't give it my full attention and would have 10 tabs open at the same time or prioritize something else. I was going to patiently wait until an IRL training came to fruition. And I'm glad that I did.

Hi, I'm Bonnie.

My favorite classes in school were always the anatomy ones. I majored in English but geeked-out over dissections. Combine that with growing up in a strict religious upbringing, then leaving it, and you have me landing in a place that’s curious, not interested in dogmatic or hierarchical practices, and most interested in celebrating the freedom to move.

There’s so much room for creative expression in sequencing, both from the teacher and the student. I combine my knowledge of movement science with the yoga world and offer a playful, cool AF, and intellectual approach to teaching flow.

I’ve mentored hundreds of teachers to use their own embodied experience and authentic voice to step into leadership. It’s life-changing to witness.

I love working with teachers who have a mindset of abundance, bravery, and a fierce love for people.
