This is a transition focused approach and an intersection of science and intuitive movement.
Instead of traditional yoga sequencing, you'll craft a Peak Flow based on movement science, breathing patterns, and your connection to practice. This emphasizes smooth transitions and breath-paced movement.
Using this method, you'll develop mini flows leading up to the Peak Flow, accommodating diverse student abilities in a safe, scalable way. It ensures comprehensive body movement and specifically tailored warm-ups.
You'll customize this approach for Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, and Slow Flow classes, adaptable to various ages and abilities. It offers clarity in sequencing, a personalized template, eliminating guesswork, and an innovative perspective beyond typical Vinyasa practices.
The joy of exploring new movements and refining familiar ones is enhanced by a teacher's ability to create choreography that supports and inspires students.
This is about claiming your creativity and understanding the “why” behind sequencing in a way that feels intuitive and educated.

Limited to 18 people per 50-hour training to give a personalized learning experience.
I accept a maximum of 18 teachers in each in-person training. It’s important that the group is small enough that I can connect with every person and that each person has opportunities to teach.

Still have questions?
Hi, I'm Bonnie.
My favorite classes in school were always the anatomy ones. I majored in English but geeked-out over dissections. Combine that with growing up in a strict religious upbringing, then leaving it, and you have me landing in a place that’s curious, not interested in dogmatic or hierarchical practices, and most interested in celebrating the freedom to move.
There’s so much room for creative expression in sequencing, both from the teacher and the student. I combine my knowledge of movement science with the yoga world and offer a playful, cool AF, and intellectual approach to teaching flow.
I’ve mentored hundreds of teachers to use their own embodied experience and authentic voice to step into leadership. It’s life-changing to witness.
I love working with teachers who have a mindset of abundance, bravery, and a fierce love for people.
