I teach yoga that is accessible, challenging, and fulfilling. I create vinyasa breath-based yoga classes that help you feel grounded, show you where to build strength, and leave you feeling successful.
I believe practicing yoga gives you strength.
When you learn to control your strength, it becomes graceful.
The combination of the two gives powerful freedom to move.

Thursday 9:00-10:30am – Skills & Thrills – Yoga + Workout at Crossfit Hillsboro
