Because I want to share some real love and shit that I’m crushing on. Daily. Or weekly. Or I’m not sure yet.
Because I think it will help you stay on top of the things you want and help you keep your commitments if someone is reminding you. Pushups. Pullups. Yoga. Moving. Breathing. Making your hair big.
Because it’s more intimate = more real = more freedom = we’re all human together = cool.
Because I’ve always thought this living stuff is all about the people. Can we learn better from each other? Can we collaborate in ways we haven’t individually dreamt yet?
Also, I’m a mom of 3. My kids are currently perfecting ways to retort my requests or directions. It’s fun!
I teach from my home gym and studio and also at one yoga studio in town. I love it there. Honestly, I wish I had a more public place of my own so people would come to my classes easier. Or actually I just suck at marketing my place and have no idea what I’m doing. Facebook doesn’t work. Instagram either. Ideas welcome.
So here I am figuring out some stuff but also really on fire with living my best life. I want you to do that too. And if you don’t want me in your inbox, you can always change it.
